6. Use of Pipedrive (CRM & Web Forms)
We use the service Pipedrive (Pipedrive OÜ, Mustamäe tee 3a, 10615 Tallinn, Estonia) as our customer relationship management system (CRM) and for embedding contact forms on this website.
When you complete and submit our contact form, the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, phone number, company, message) is transmitted directly to Pipedrive and stored there in order to process your enquiry. Pipedrive sets technically necessary cookies required for the operation of the form.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / processing your enquiry) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient customer communication).
